The Dutch really know how to promote and encourage the use of green transport; specifically the humble bicycle. Apart from having to use some physical energy, one of the most common arguments against hopping on a bike rather than jumping in a car is that very few cities provide ample, secure parking for such a vehicle, let alone such a facility which is also well designed.
